Position Overview
We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to join the MG Team who, like us, has a big heart and a brilliant mind to deliver impeccable service to our clients. This is an ideal fit for you if you have a penchant for technology, love getting into the weeds with all the tiny details, are constantly exploring ways to make things more easeful and streamlined, and have an eagle eye for any mistakes as our last line of defense.

Creating, updating, and organizing information in a variety of cloud-based applications like Wordpress, Squarespace and Google Apps
Supporting us and our clients in a variety of tech-related asks that pertain to updates across platforms that could include: website updates, email marketing software, client relationship management software, scheduling software, and database management
Who You’ll Work With
This is a part-time role starting at 10 hours/month (with the opportunity for more!) starting at $25 USD/hour. You will report directly to Maggie and Jillian, her COO. This is a remote position that will require a quarterly team meeting but otherwise allows for a lot of flexibility.

Email Campaign Set-up in MailChimp, ConvertKit, Flodesk, Keap, and Kajabi
Dubsado workflow set-up
Acuity set-up
SEO Audits & Set-up
Website updates on Squarespace, Wordpress, Wix, and Kajabi (bonus points if you are well-versed in Kajabi site design!)
The occasional database/spreadsheet review and management
Bonus Points:
Copywriting skills
Enjoy website design on Squarespace or Kajabi
Requirements
The qualified candidate must:
Be able to balance remote, independent work with real-time collaboration on priority projects with teammates
Be a reliable teammate who does what they say they’re going to do and asks questions along the way so that the final deliverable is the final version
Be able to navigate competing priorities in a dynamic work environment and know when to request support and clarification
Appreciate systems-based thinking and process-driven execution - we’re focused on working smarter, not harder
Be familiar with cloud-based applications and terminology (tagging, etc.)
Be able to clearly express thoughts to others in a variety of mediums (writing, email, video conference, etc.) and transcribe verbal information into written mediums
What We Expect From You
We do intend for you to take full ownership of your role and demonstrate a willingness to take creative liberties and add your unique spin to copy and design, when needed. We’ll do our best to provide you with the necessary details, and there are instances that will also require you to bring in some of your intuitive knowing and personal expertise to fill in certain gaps.
You’re the one who fixes a contact’s incorrect email or the broken web link when you see it because you can’t unsee it and it bugs you that it's not right. And we recognize that the pursuit of perfection is a capitalistic ideal. We will not hold you to that standard, but we do ask that you seek clarification at any and all stages of the process that are unclear.
