Meet the Team
I still have to pinch myself to think that this page even exists. What I thought would perpetually be a solo venture is now evolving into a business entity with a couple of magnificent support persons on board!
As the business evolution began, I went in search of big-hearted individuals who would be able to love the work as much as I do. Miraculously, I found them! These humans are talented beyond measure, care so deeply, and are continually stepping up in new and unexpected ways to improve what we can offer as a collective to the world. I truly believe that strong communities are comprised of strong individuals, and it makes me giddy to think about what magic we can create together when we come together in a perfect blend of autonomy and interdependence.
I wouldn’t be able to do anything without these incredible souls supporting me. They are the true unsung heroes of MaggieGentry.
Jillian Anne
(she/her)
Jillian Anne is Maggie’s COO and systems strategist. Being able to support heart-centered entrepreneurs in getting their messaging out to wider audiences is pretty much her definition of JOY. She lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and when she’s not managing projects and setting up systems, she loves to cuddle and explore with her Jack Russell Terror, Millie. What Maggie wants the world to know about Jillian:
She’s my work soulmate! I wasn’t sure I could ever meet someone who matched my neuroses, loved on my particularities with such gentleness, and complemented my skillset so perfectly until I met Jillian. A fellow Virgo Rising, her impeccable eye for systems design, organization, and simple, yet humanistic, automation makes her our unequivocal hidden (well, not-so-hidden-anymore!) advantage.
Iris Rankin (they/them)
Iris is a copywriter and project manager who can be found working on communications, online learning creation, and systems refinement here at Team Maggie. Their mission in work is to foster values-led, human-first messaging and processes from the ground up. When they're not writing or tinkering behind the scenes, they love hiking in the forests near their Portland, Oregon home, working on their queer nature rom com book, and playing with as many of their friend's dogs as possible. Iris and I found our way to each other early on in our entrepreneur journeys. We’ve seen each other through many personal and professional permutations and have unequivocally supported each other through it all. The care with which they approach everything they do is not only something you see in their impeccable deliverables—it’s something you FEEL every step of the way. They care deeply, and that devotion translates to a multifaceted and strategic approach to everything they do.
